Delete your 7DS Tools account

You can delete your account and everything stored with it at any time. The fastest way is inside the app — it happens immediately and needs no approval from us.

Delete instantly from the app

  1. Open 7DS Tools and go to the Profile tab.
  2. Scroll to Data and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm twice. Your account is deleted straight away and everything on the device is cleared.

This route is immediate and complete. Use the form below only if you have already uninstalled the app.

Timing

In-app deletion is immediate. Records are fully purged from our systems within 30 days. Requests submitted through the form below are completed within 30 days.

Request deletion without the app

Give us either the email on your account, or your account ID — shown in the app under Profile. Either one is enough.
