7DS CRM logo Delivered · we run on it daily

A CRM that does the outreach, not one that records it afterwards.

Most CRMs fail because the team stops entering data: the system takes more than it gives. This one finds the businesses worth contacting, holds one list of them, and runs the follow-up itself — paced messages, emails from your own mailbox, calls as scheduled steps. It reads the replies that come back and stops chasing anyone who answers.

We use it ourselves. The leads, sequences and follow-ups behind this business run through 7DS CRM every day. It was built because the spreadsheet stopped working for us first.

Campaign sequence Example
D0 WhatsApp, in a round of five Sent from your own number with the campaign's template filled in, five at a time with a break between rounds.
D3 Email from your mailbox Paced automatically rather than fired in a batch, so it arrives like a person sent it.
D7 Call step Appears on Today as a task against the lead, with everything already said to them in view.
✓

It stops on its own. A reply, a bounce, an out-of-office or a “do not contact” ends the sequence. An opt-out applies across every campaign at once, not just this one.

Why the spreadsheet stops working

Outbound rarely fails because the pitch was wrong. It fails because the second message never went, the reply landed in a personal inbox, and nobody could say who had been contacted.

A spreadsheet and WhatsApp

  • Follow-ups happen when somebody remembers, which is to say unevenly
  • Replies arrive in a personal inbox and never make it back to the list
  • The same business gets messaged twice from two campaigns
  • Someone asks to be left alone on one list and is contacted from another
  • Nobody can say what was sent, to whom, or what came back

7DS CRM

  • Follow-ups are steps with dates; the system raises them, not your memory
  • Replies, bounces and out-of-office are read back in and stop the sequence
  • One lead list across every import, so a duplicate is visible before it is messaged
  • Do not contact applies across all campaigns at once
  • Every message, reply and call is on the lead, and on the person who owns it

What is inside

All of it running today, in daily use, not on a roadmap.

Today

Opens on follow-ups due, replies waiting and meetings booked, so the first question of the day is already answered.

One lead list

Every import in one place, filtered by campaign, status, tier, area, or by what details are missing.

Paced outreach

WhatsApp and Instagram in rounds with a break between them, daily counters, and the message filled in from the campaign template.

Sequences

A campaign is a list of steps — message, email, call — with its own follow-up days, so nobody is chased on instinct.

Email that reads its replies

Sends from your own mailboxes at a human pace, then reads replies, bounces and out-of-office back in and stops the sequence.

Lead search

Find businesses on Google Maps from inside the CRM and bring them in, without leaving for a separate scraper.

Team ownership

One owner per lead, new leads shared out in turn, My leads for each person, and activity you can see per person.

Reporting

Contacted, reply rate, meetings and wins against the period before, plus reply rate by area and by campaign.

Nothing lost quietly

Background work that could not finish is listed on its own page with a retry, rather than failing where nobody looks.

Built to be careful with your name

Outreach software is easy to build badly. The difference shows in what it refuses to do, and in what happens to the data when something goes wrong.

Paced, never blasted

Messages go in small rounds with breaks and daily counters. Sending a thousand at once is how numbers and mailboxes get burned.

Opt-out is global

Do not contact applies across every campaign at once. Honouring it on one list and not another is the same as not honouring it.

A send is only a send

A message is not marked sent until it has actually gone, and a send can be undone. A list that lies about what it sent is worse than no list.

Separate from the real data

Development runs against its own copy of the database, so work in progress can never touch live leads.

Backed up, encrypted, off-site

Daily backups and one before every release, encrypted and copied off the machine, with a tested way to put one back.

One business cannot see another

Every route that takes a record id refuses one belonging to a different business, and there are tests that prove it.

Credits pay for finding leads: one credit a place from Google Maps, four with the email and Instagram looked up. The included allowance is sized to the pace the product sends at — a round of five on five working days is about a hundred messages a month. Credits renew every month and do not roll over, and top-ups are ₹1 a credit in packs of 1,000, 5,000 and 20,000.

No per-message fees. Messages go out through your own WhatsApp and your own mailboxes, so there is no WhatsApp Business API platform fee and no charge per message. That also means sending is paced and manual by design, never bulk.

What you are buying is the first seat plus setup. We set your account up and send your sign-in details within 48 hours; more seats are added at onboarding, once we know who is on the team.

Prices are per user and exclude applicable GST.

Who it suits

It earns its place where outbound is real work, done by hand, every week.

Businesses doing outbound by hand in WhatsApp and a spreadsheet, and losing track of who was contacted when.

Sales teams who need follow-up to happen on schedule rather than when someone remembers.

Agencies and service businesses running several different pitches at once, to different kinds of customer.

Built and running inside Seven Digital Services. We use it every day for our own outreach — the leads, the sequences, the replies and the follow-ups on this business go through it. It is the first system we would want working before taking on a client's.
