The operating system for fashion businesses

Run your entire fashion business on one platform.

From your online store and counter sales to stock, customers, stitching work and what you actually took this month — 7DS Fashion OS brings the parts of a fashion business that normally live in separate places into one.

The problem

A boutique's day does not fit in a shop website

Most fashion businesses end up running three or four systems that do not know about each other, and a spreadsheet to join them up at the end of the week.

Website orders in one place, counter sales in a notebook.

Stock that is right per size and colour in neither of them.

Stitching and alteration work tracked on paper slips.

Measurements remembered by whoever took them.

The same customer existing twice, differently.

No straight answer to what the shop actually took this month.

What it does

One platform, the whole shop

Everything below is built and running today. What is still ahead is further down the page, under its own heading, so there is no guessing which is which.

Built for the trade

Fashion, not generic retail

A saree, a stitched blouse and a ready kurta set are three different things to sell, and generic ecommerce treats them as one.

Sizes and colours that mean something

Each size and colour is its own piece of stock with its own price — not a dropdown that pretends everything is in stock.

Three ways to buy

Ready to ship, made to measure, or pre-order — decided per item, with its own path through the workroom and the packing bench.

Measurements

Taken in inches at the counter because that is how they are taken, stored in centimetres because that is how everything else is stored.

Alterations are work, not tickets

An alteration is taken in, given a due date, and shows on the workshop board until it is done.

Returns that put stock back

A return comes back as a stock decision and a refund, not a note to somebody.

Collections the way a boutique thinks

Sarees, lehengas, blouses, suits, kurta sets and dresses, grouped as the shop groups them rather than as a category tree insists.

How it works

Six steps, one system

Put your pieces in, with their sizes, colours, prices and stock.

Sell them — on the website, or at the counter.

Take in stitching and alterations, with measurements and a due date.

Make, pick and pack, with the workshop board showing what is open.

Dispatch, and handle returns and refunds when they come back.

Look at what you took, where it came from, and what is running out.

Who it is for

Fashion businesses that have outgrown the spreadsheet

Independent boutiques Ethnic wear brands Designer labels Custom stitching businesses Growing D2C fashion brands Shops selling online and over the counter

Why Seven Digital Services

Built against a real shop, not a specification

It runs a live boutique

Fashion OS was built for and runs Adaa Bazaar, a boutique in Greater Noida selling online and over the counter — and taking real card payments.

The awkward parts are handled

Made-to-measure, alterations, part-stitched orders and returns that have to become stock again. These are where generic ecommerce stops.

The storefront and the back office are one thing

Not a shop website with an admin bolted on — the same stock, the same customers, the same orders.

We set it up with you

Catalogue, carriage rules, staff accounts and the look of the shop, as part of the setup — not a login and a manual.

Pricing

Prices exclude taxes. Setup is charged once and is separate from the subscription.

What the price does and does not cover

  • Included: the platform, hosting within normal shop usage, and setup within the agreed scope — catalogue loading, carriage rules, staff accounts and the look of the shop.
  • Separate: domain registration and renewal, payment gateway charges, marketplace fees, third-party services, custom development and integrations beyond the setup scope.
  • Taxes: GST extra, where applicable.
  • Your domain: an existing domain can be pointed at the shop.
  • First year, Gold, paying monthly: — — twelve months of subscription plus the one-time setup, before taxes.
  • Staff and shop limits are commercial terms we manage with you. The application does not yet enforce them by itself.
  • Launch offer: the prices shown are 80% off our standard prices, on both the subscription and the one-time setup fee. Once you are on a plan, it renews at this discounted rate for as long as your subscription stays active — cancel and resubscribe later and the price is whatever is current then. The offer is open for a limited period, and the struck-through figures are the standard prices the plans return to when it ends.
  • What you pay today: the one-time setup fee plus your first month or year. Your recurring subscription starts when we hand the site over, not when you pay, so you are never billed for a month you did not have.
  • Refunds: the setup fee and subscription payments are non-refundable. You can cancel the subscription at any time — cancelling stops future renewals and your access runs to the end of the period already paid for.
  • If you leave: your domain name and your data remain your own responsibility and are not handled by us.

What is next

Being built, and not yet available

These are on the roadmap. They are not in any plan's inclusions, and nothing here is something you can use today. If one of them is what you need, say so when we talk — it is useful to know what to build next.

Planned

Stock across your shops

Stock per location, transfers between shops, and reports that know which shop is which.

Planned

Marketplace connectors

Orders and stock flowing between Myntra, Amazon or Flipkart and the shop. Today you can record which channel a sale came from, which is a label rather than a connection.

Planned

Purchases and expenses

Purchase orders, goods received, supplier bills and running costs — and the profit reporting that only becomes possible once those exist.

Planned

Barcodes at the counter

Scanning a piece rather than searching for it.

Questions

The things people ask first

What is 7DS Fashion OS?

Software for running a fashion business: the shop customers buy from, and the back office the team runs the business in — stock, orders, counter sales, stitching work and takings.

Is it just an ecommerce website?

No. The storefront is one half. The other half is the back office: the counter, the workroom, stock, customers and the money.

Can it handle a physical boutique?

Yes. You can record a sale at the counter, take cash or UPI, apply a counter discount, and sell a piece that was never on the website. Counter sales go into the same order list and take from the same stock.

Can it manage stitching and alterations?

Yes. Work is taken in at the counter with measurements and a due date, and shows on the workshop board until it is finished.

Can I use it for more than one shop?

Not yet. Stock per location and transfers between shops are being built, and are not in any plan today. If you run several shops, talk to us — Platinum is quoted around what you need and when the pieces land.

Does it connect to Myntra, Amazon or Flipkart?

Not yet. You can keep your own list of channels and record which one a sale came from, and offer your catalogue as a shopping feed — but orders and stock do not flow automatically between a marketplace and the shop. Connectors are planned.

Can I use my existing domain?

Yes. Registration and renewal are charged separately unless we have agreed otherwise.

Is setup and data migration included?

Setup is the one-time fee, and covers loading your catalogue, carriage rules, staff accounts and the look of the shop. An existing catalogue can be imported from a Shopify export. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted separately.

Are hosting and maintenance included?

Hosting is included within normal shop usage. Payment gateway charges, domain renewals and third-party services are not.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Moving up takes effect from the next billing month; the setup fee is not charged again.

How is pricing calculated in my currency?

Each region has its own fixed price list, chosen rather than converted — so the figure does not move with the exchange rate between one visit and the next. Pick your region above.

How do I get a demo?

Use any of the demo buttons on this page and pick a time. We will walk through the shop and the back office against your own way of working.
