How Much Does a Website Cost in Greater Noida? (2026 Price Guide)

Real INR ranges, what moves the price, and the costs most quotes quietly leave out.

📅 February 2026 ⏱ 9 min read Websites Pricing

In Greater Noida and Noida, most small business websites are quoted somewhere between ₹25,000 and ₹1,50,000, and the single biggest reason for that spread is whether the design is custom or a bought template. A simple five to eight page site usually lands at ₹25,000 to ₹80,000. An e-commerce store or a site with logins, payments or booking generally starts around ₹1,00,000 and goes up from there. Those are typical market ranges checked in November 2026, not quotes.

This guide is for owners and managers who have two or three quotes in front of them that differ wildly and cannot tell which one is fair. By the end you will know what you are actually paying for, which line items are missing, and what to ask before you sign.

Typical price ranges in 2026

There is no official price list for web development in India. The figures below are the ranges published across Indian agency and freelancer pricing guides, checked in November 2026, cross-checked against what I see quoted in the NCR market. Treat them as a sanity band, not a tariff.

What you are buyingTypical range (INR)Who it suits
Single-page site or template fill-in₹8,000 – ₹25,000A business that only needs to look real and reachable
Small business site, 5 to 8 pages, light custom design₹25,000 – ₹80,000Most local service businesses
Custom-designed site with CMS, blog, forms₹80,000 – ₹2,50,000Businesses where the website is a real sales channel
E-commerce store (Shopify or WooCommerce)₹1,00,000 – ₹3,00,000Retail and D2C brands selling online
Custom web application (logins, dashboards, workflow)₹3,00,000 and upBusinesses replacing a manual internal process

Freelance rates in India are commonly quoted at ₹500 to ₹2,000 an hour, or ₹15,000 to ₹80,000 for a complete small business site. An agency costs more for the same page count because you are also paying for project management, a designer who is not the developer, and someone to call when the developer is unavailable.

If a quote sits far below the bottom of these bands, that is not automatically a scam. It usually means a template, a junior, or a scope much smaller than you imagined. Ask which one.

The five things that move the price

1. Custom design versus template

A bought theme costs a few thousand rupees and takes days to fill. A custom design is drawn for your business and takes weeks. The visible difference to a visitor is smaller than designers like to admit, but the difference in how well the site fits an unusual business is large. If your offering is standard, a good template is not a compromise. If you sell something your competitors do not, a template will fight you.

2. Who writes the content

This is the most underestimated line item. Writing clear copy for eight pages is several days of work. If the quote assumes you will supply text and photographs and you do not, the project stalls and the price changes. Decide this before signing, not after.

3. Functionality

Pages are cheap. Behaviour is expensive. A contact form is included in almost every quote. Payments, user accounts, a booking calendar, stock that syncs with your shop, a quotation generator, WhatsApp notifications when a lead arrives — each of these is real engineering, and each adds both build cost and ongoing responsibility.

4. Integrations with what you already run

If the site has to talk to your accounting software, your CRM or a supplier's system, cost depends entirely on how co-operative that other system is. A documented API is a day. An undocumented one, or a desktop program with no API at all, can be a month. Ask the developer to confirm the integration is possible before the quote is fixed.

5. Who owns the result

Some low quotes are low because the vendor keeps the hosting, the domain and the code, and bills you every year to keep the site alive. That is a rental, not a purchase. It can be a reasonable deal if you know that is what it is.

Costs most quotes leave out

None of these are large on their own. Together they are commonly ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 a year for a small business site, and almost nobody mentions them in the first conversation.

A worked example in INR

A coaching institute in Greater Noida wants a site with a home page, about, four course pages, a faculty page, a gallery, a contact page with enquiry form, and enquiries arriving on WhatsApp instead of only email.

Line itemTypical costNote
Design and build, 9 pages₹45,000 – ₹70,000Light custom design on a solid base
Copywriting if not supplied₹10,000 – ₹20,000Skip this if staff will write it
Enquiry form to WhatsApp₹8,000 – ₹20,000Depends on the provider used
Domain and hosting, year one₹4,000 – ₹12,000Recurring
Year one total₹67,000 – ₹1,22,000Plus GST

If the same institute accepts a well-chosen template, writes its own copy and takes enquiries by email first, the same site is realistically ₹30,000 to ₹45,000. Neither version is wrong. They are different decisions about where to spend.

You may not need a new website at all. If your current site is only two years old, loads reasonably and simply has stale content and no enquiries, a rewrite of the copy and a fixed contact form often costs under ₹20,000 and does more than a rebuild. Get that checked before you commission a replacement.

What this means in Greater Noida and Noida

The NCR market is unusually wide. You can get a site built in Jagat Farm for ₹12,000 and the same brief quoted at ₹2,00,000 in a Sector 62 office, because both ends of the supply chain live here: large numbers of freelancers and students, and agencies serving enterprise clients. That is good news for buyers who know what they want and dangerous for buyers who do not.

Two local notes worth having. First, if most of your customers find you on a phone while travelling in Noida or Greater Noida West, your site's speed on a mobile network matters more than its animation. Second, if you serve a defined local area, your local SEO and your Google Business Profile will usually bring more enquiries per rupee than extra pages on the website.

Frequently asked questions

How much does a basic business website cost in Greater Noida?

A small informational site of five to eight pages typically falls between ₹25,000 and ₹80,000 in the Delhi NCR market as of November 2026. Below roughly ₹20,000 you are usually buying a template fill-in rather than a design, which is fine for some businesses. Above ₹1,00,000, expect custom design and custom functionality.

Why do website quotes in Noida vary so much?

Three things drive most of the gap: whether the design is custom or a bought template, how much content and photography you supply yourself, and whether the site has real functionality such as payments, logins or booking. Two quotes can differ five times over and both be honest, because they are for different work.

What are the yearly running costs of a website?

Budget for a domain, hosting, an SSL certificate, and either maintenance or your own time. A small business site commonly runs ₹5,000 to ₹25,000 a year, more for e-commerce with traffic. Ask for these in writing before you sign, because they are the costs most quotes leave out.

Is a cheap ₹5,000 website worth it?

Sometimes. If you need one page showing your address, phone number and services so people who already heard of you can check you are real, it does that job. It will not usually rank, convert, or be easy to change later. The mistake is paying ₹5,000 and expecting the results of a ₹80,000 site.

Should I pay per page or a fixed project price?

Fixed project price, with a written scope. Per-page pricing encourages thin pages and turns every later change into a negotiation. A fixed price listing what is included, what is not, and how many revision rounds you get is far easier to hold anyone to.

Do I own the website and the code?

You should, and you should ask in writing before paying. At Seven Digital Services clients receive the source code, repository access and cloud accounts in their own company's name. Many cheaper arrangements keep the hosting and code with the vendor, which means you cannot leave without rebuilding.
